Connaissez-vous ARKET ? C’est la nouvelle griffe du groupe suédois H&M qui a ouvert sa première boutique le 25 août dernier sur Regent Street à Londres.
Depuis, vous pouvez découvrir la marque à Stockholm, Copenhague, Bruxelles et Munich. Pour la France il faudra patienter…en attendant vous pouvez toujours acheter sur leur site.
ARKET ? En suédois, cela signifie « feuille de papier » et en anglais on se rapproche fortement du mot « market ».
Le design des boutiques est très réussi, tout est minimaliste, soigné, les gammes de couleurs sont à tomber, on y trouve du prêt à porter pour toute la famille ainsi qu’une ligne home, de la papeterie, de la beauté, de l’épicerie et même un café ! Cela vous permet de tester le célèbre « Fika » la pause café à la suédoise, une véritable institution sociale qui peut avoir lieu 2 à 3 fois par jour qui se compose d’un café et de pâtisseries.
Enfin, concernant les prix ils sont supérieurs à ceux pratiqués par H&M. Il faut compter environ 90€ pour une robe ou un pull en laine mérinos biologique. Nous sommes plutôt sur les prix de COS (autre marque du groupe).

ARKET, the new brand of the H&M group !!
Do you know ARKET ? It is the new brand of the Swedish group H&M, which recently opened its first store on the 25th of August on Regent Street in London.
Now you can can also discover the brand in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Brussels and Munich. For France we need to be a bit more patient…In the meantime you can still buy online.
ARKET ? In Swedish it means « piece of paper » and in English it is really closed to « Market ».
The store design is a real success, it is minimal, elegant and the color ranges are stunning. They offer ready-to-wear for the whole family as well as a home decoration line, stationery, beauty, grocery and even a café ! Meaning you can experience the famous « Fika » the Swedish way of the coffee break, a real social institution that happens from 2 to 3 times a day which includes a coffee and pastries.
Finally regarding the prices, they are higher than H&M. You need to pay in average 90€ for a dress or a biological merinos wool sweater which is really closed to the price range in COS (another brand of the group).
